We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase.

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, then take about 7–15 business days to arrive, so the total delivery time is about 9–19 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders with more than one item may ship separately. If that happens, you'll receive more than one tracking number at no extra cost.

We email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few business days to appear after dispatch.

No. For U.S. orders, import duties and customs charges are included in our prices. If a carrier ever asks you to pay one, contact us. We'll reimburse the full import-related amount. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Import duties are different from state sales tax. If sales tax applies to your order, it's shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all parts included. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Email support@verdantine.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our written return authorization and return address before sending anything back. Our Hong Kong registered address does not accept returns.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. We don't charge a restocking fee.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the item, the shipping label and the packaging. After reviewing it, we'll offer a suitable remedy, such as replacement parts, a replacement or a refund, and we reimburse pre-approved return shipping in these cases.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to post it.
